The First Voice: Introducing ZA Aktiv e.V.

An evening dedicated to listening, inclusion, and the future of children and young people

ZA Aktiv e.V. was founded to change this perspective, by placing children and young people at the center, not as passive recipients of decisions, but as individuals with voices, ideas, and potential worth hearing. 

This intimate inaugural event marked the first official presentation of ZA Aktiv e.V. to friends, partners, and supporters. It was a moment of reflection, purpose, and shared responsibility.

The evening created a space to introduce the organisation’s foundations, values, and long-term vision, while also opening a dialogue about how we, as a community, can better support the next generation.

Presented by the Chairwoman and Founder, Resmije Kurbogaj-Ajeti

During the event, the Chairwoman and Founder, Resmije Kurbogaj Ajeti, presented the vision, mission, and objectives of ZA Aktiv e.V.

At the heart of her message was a simple but powerful idea:
Children already possess the tools they need, imagination, courage, intuition, and a deep understanding of their own generation.

What they need is not control, but support, trust, and safe environments where they can grow, explore their talents, and shape their own paths.

ZA Aktiv e.V. exists to create exactly these environments, spaces where children and young people are heard, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

The name ZA means “voice” in Albanian and this meaning reflects the core mission of the organisation.
